Jaipur (Rajasthan), Aug 14 (ANI): Indias most advanced government data centre the Bhamashah State Data Centre is expected to start working from mid September this year in Jaipur.
Rajasthan State Data Centre (RSDC) State Data Centre (SDC) has been identified as one of the important elements of core infrastructure for supporting eGovernance initiatives of National eGovernance Plan (NeGP). SDC scheme has been approved for all State by Government of India with an outlay of Rs. 1623. 20 crores over a period of 5 years.

While Rajasthan established a Data Centre way back in following the guidelines of DeitY and NeGP, another Data Centre was established in the year 2011 to scale up the capacity of the existing Data Centre.

Prior to the Bhamashah State Data Centre, Rajasthan launched two data centres in Jaipur, whose operations began in 2011 and 2015, respectively.
